We work closely with the highest-quality manufacturers to provide you the best when defending your city, county, state or country. By working directly with these manufacturers, we are able to provide the lowest prices available.

Services and Policies

New Customers

To get the ball rolling, register here then fax, e-mail or snail-mail a copy of your Law Enforcement or Government credentials. Once we receive that, someone will contact you shortly thereafter with your login information to access the Law Enforcement price list that is only available through our website.

Bid Proposals

Please submit your bid by mail, or fax them to us at 479-471-0377 Attn: LE Dept. When submitting your bid, please give us as many details as you can about your recommendations. We want to get exactly what you’re looking for, so the more information you can provide the better we can help.

Ordering

We make ordering extremely easy for you! You can place your order over the phone with one of our sales representatives. You can also fax in a purchase order, e-mail us or order online through our order form.

Inventory

We specialize in the highest-grade Military and Law Enforcement weaponry. We try our best to keep these items in stock, but unfortunately with such a high demand and military contracts, the items we carry are rare to the stocking-shelf. Basically, most of these items are placed before they hit the door.

FET Out and Full-Auto items will always be drop-shipped directly to your agency.

Payment Options

We would like your payment options to match your department or agency’s specific needs. Trade-ins for credit are welcome. Contact us to discuss payment options.  

Shipping Options

KGI uses both FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. Handguns must be shipped via FedEx Express. All rifles and non-gun orders will be shipped standard FedEx Ground. If specified, we can also ship items through the US Postal Services.

All items will be shipped directly to your agency.

We’ll try out best to ship all orders received by 5:30PM.

Provide your e-mail address, and we will gladly send a tracking number for your order.

Repairs and Warranties

All repairs, warranty issues and claims for your product should be solely discussed with the manufacturer. KGI is strictly a distributor and is not set up for repairs covered under your warranty. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays.

The vast majority of our items will always be new in box, but from time to time we do broker used items that would normally be a rare find. All used firearms and other used merchandise will always be sold AS-IS and there are no expressed or implied warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of fitness or merchantability. 

Returns

Any item wishing to be returned must be made aware to KGI before or by 72 hours after receiving. Please contact your sales representative for your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and information on how to send your return item as quickly as possible.

Demonstrations

KGI has on-site ranges to provide the chance for you to evaluate and test the weapon of your choice. We’re a Class 1 and Class 3 dealer, so we have plenty of variety for you to choose from. If we don’t have it in stock, we would be glad to obtain it for you to demo. Simply supply a request on your department letterhead. Please include the following information:

Manufacturer (Heckler & Koch, Bushmaster, Colt, etc…)
Model (MP5A4, AR-15, M4, etc…)
Configuration (Fixed or Folding Stock, Carbine, etc…)
Trigger Pack (Semi-Auto, 3 Round Burst, Full-Auto, etc…)
Accessories (Optics, Flashlights, Bipod, etc…)

Upon receiving the weapon, we will inform you and your personnel and you may evaluate it at your convenience on the range of your choice. You are not under any obligation to buy. We also have conference rooms available if you choose to use them.

Special Services -- Miscellaneous

We work directly with the manufacturers, and because of our close relationship we are able to offer special Knesek Packages for some of our products. Please contact KGI for more information. Please be advised that these Knesek Packages are only provided to us and are only available through us. Being that they’re only available through us, you will not have to ask for bids from several different suppliers. This cuts down on delivery times, and you’ll be getting the items as quickly as possible.

We understand that your individual requirements vary, and that you’ll need scopes, quad rails…etc. mounted onto your weapon system.  We would also be more than happy to lap and zero everything for you, as well as function test and check the accuracy of your weapon(s). This way, you’ll know that everything has been done correctly. We can also work up custom loads for you if requested. Fees will apply.
