Services and Policies

New Customers – Class I Dealers

To get the ball rolling, register here then fax, e-mail or snail-mail a copy of your signed FFL, copy of your State Resale Tax Certificate, State/City/County License, and all contact information.to us. Once we receive these items, someone will contact you shortly thereafter with your login information to access the dealer price list that is only available through our website.

Please note that there will be a signed copy of our FFL enclosed with your first purchase for your records. 

New Customers – Class III Dealers

KGI is also a Class III Distributor. If you are a Class III Dealer, please send a copy of your SOT when submitting your Class I information. We can assist you with NFA transfers, appraisals, suppressors, and short barreled rifle requests.

Ordering is extremely easy, and there are several different ways to. You can call us directly and place an order over the phone. You can fax in a purchase order, e-mail us, or you can also order online through our order form. Our knowledgeable sales staff is here to help!

International Ordering

Inventory

As you’ve probably figured out, we’re not the typical distributor. We specialize in the high-grade Military and Law Enforcement weaponry – the best of the best. We try our best to keep these items in stock, but unfortunately with such a high demand and Military contracts, the items we carry are rare to the stocking-shelf. Basically, most of these items are placed before we get them in.

Monday through Friday: 8:00AM until 5:30PM CST
Saturday: 8:00AM until 1:00PM

 Payment Options

We’re here to best meet your business’ needs, so we offer a variety of payment options for you to choose from.

Wire Transfers: Please specify if domestic or international when making your purchase. Instructions will be given at the time of ordering.

International Payment Options

First time orders placed for international customers must be pre-paid. For this initial order, we ask that you wire-transfer payment. Payment terms may or may not change for your orders thereafter.

Shipping Options

KGI uses both FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. Handguns must be shipped via FedEx Express. All rifles and non-gun orders will be shipped standard FedEx Ground. If specified, we can also ship items through the US Postal Services.

We’ll try out best to ship all orders received by 5:30PM.

Provide your e-mail address, and we will gladly send a tracking number for your order.

International Shipping Options

KGI ships most international orders by the Postal Service, unless specified otherwise. 

Repairs and Warranties

KGI is strictly a distributor and is not set up for repairs covered under your warranty. All repairs, warranty issues and claims must be discussed directly with the manufacturer of your item. The warranties for your product are solely provided through the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays.

The vast majority of our items will always be new in box, but from time to time we do broker used items that would normally be a rare find. All used firearms and other used merchandise will always be sold AS-IS and there are no expressed or implied warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of fitness or merchantability.  

Returns

Any item wishing to be returned must be made aware to KGI before or by 72 hours after receiving. Please contact your sales representative for your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and information on how to send your return item as quickly as possible.

Other Information

Please be advised that there are some things that are completely out of our control.

Prices and programs are subject to change without prior notice.

Some merchandise that is listed is not for sale in any state, territory or district where the recipient, possession, sale or use of any such merchandise where it is prohibited. Some handgun and long-gun manufacturers offer compliant items for those specific areas where regulations have been put into operation. Contact your sales professional at KGI for more information on these products.

Special Services -- Miscellaneous

We work directly with the manufacturers, and because of our close relationship we are able to offer special Knesek Packages for some of our products. Please contact KGI for more information. If you have a customer that is purchasing a complete package from you (scope, rifle, rings…etc) we would be more than happy to mount, lap and zero everything. We can also work up custom loads for you if requested. Fees will apply.

Special Services – Bids

As you know, we work closely with Police Departments around the country. If at any time a bid option is placed for both KGI and your business, you may request that we not submit a bid proposal. We understand that you’re spending a great deal of your time and effort, and we are glad to work with you when it comes to your bid.

Local Dealer Pick-Up

Dealers are more than welcome to come by and pick up their merchandise in order to avoid freight charges. However, please allow us at least 1-hour of advanced notice to process your order.
