In addition, Knesek had the best price for the shotgun.
Zach responded quickly to all inquiries, and provided follow-up at each stage of the transaction.

Scott was great to work with and not only was KGI the only SureFire distributor in the US with my specific 556 flash hider in stock, but Scott went so far as to photograph the exact item being shipped over some confusion regarding the labeling on the website and lack of stock in other stores. I gave him all my details and it's headed my way via FedEx priority. Couldn't be happier. SureFire themselves couldn't even deliver until June 2 at the earliest what Scott shipped next day :) thanks again guys you rock!

Cody busted his butt for me to make this happen on a handgun that Les Baer is quoting 2 yr. delivery. He even went above and beyond the best customer service I have ever experienced. His communications were great and the shipping was almost hard to believe. They will see me again.

In a very busy time with all of the panic and inflated internet prices on firearms and ammunition, this company refuses to join in the pandamonium. I ordered a shotgun around Christmas, the gun was actually in stock and delivered to my ffl dealer within one week. The folks always answered the phone and answered questions promplty. I can't say enough good things about my experience except - for my next firearm purchase, this will definitely be my first place to look. What wonderful experience!

Excellent customer service.

During the height of the recent gun run, I tried to pick up a mossberg through impact guns.com. I was taken for a ride due to the fact that they processed my order and two weeks later was told they sold my gun to someone else. Not to mention I tried calling them daily for a week and a half and no response. Sent two emails about my order, no response. I dropped their business like the current administration dropped the 2nd amendment, the constitution, and the welfare check off at bonquiqui's house. As luck would have it, I stumbled upon knesekguns.com. Not only did they have my shotgun in stock, but a g19 as well! Picked up both and every time I called someone answered and provided the best Internet sales customer service I have ever experienced! Shout out to Kyle for working his magic. I ordered my weapon on the morning of 12/17/12 and it arrived late the net day at my transfer store and I picked it up on 12/19/12. This is very quick service and the price was very competitive. This is a top of the line pistol and I am vey pleased!
