Q: Is buying a gun on the internet legal?
A: Yes, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) as long as all local, state, and government regulations are followed. Check the ATF FAQ page
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept postal money orders, certified checks, credit cards, and bank wire transfers. Under some circumstances, we accept personal checks but they will be held 7 to 10 days until they clear the bank. Be sure to always send your payment with signature required so someone will have to sign for it.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please be aware that credit cards are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Q: If you charge my credit card, but I later decide to send a check, will you refund my credit card the full amount?

A: FFL is an abbreviation for Federal Firearms License which is issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobaccco and Firearms. A FFL allows the holder to sell firearms. All legal dealers, most gunsmiths and some pawn shops have FFL's. They can assist you in purchasing a gun from us. Most FFL's will charge a fee, usually $10-$30 for this service and the paperwork involved. They can not charge sales tax. They are allowed to charge sales tax on the transfer fee only.
Q: If I place a deposit on a special order, and the gun is acquired by KGI, can I get that deposit refunded if I change my mind?
A: No, we do not refund those deposits.

A: You have 3 days to inspect your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the unfired gun for refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying shipping and insurance to return the gun.
Q: What is your return policy on defective firearms?
A: All guns come with a full manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims must be processed through the manufacturer directly. We are more than happy to assist in the warranty submission.
Q: What assurance do I have that I will really get the gun after I send the money?
A: You will receive an official invoice with serial number and tracking number upon request. In addition, gun dealers are regulated by the ATF and by state and local law enforcement

A: Yes, occasionally - we typically reference the firearms blue blook for current valuation. We are always interested in special items.

A: Yes we do. We have an FFL Dealer Division especially for sales to dealers.

A: Yes, we also have an LE/Government Sales Division that focuses only on sales to them.

A: We work directly with most manufacturers to ensure the best pricing and lead times, however we gladly cooperate with distributors from time to time.
