Exchange, Refund and Return Policy
A nonrefundable 45% deposit is required on all orders. Deposits may be transferred to another item if the manufacturer is unable to deliver the product to us in a timely manner*. Purchases should be inspected within three days of receipt. If you are not satisfied, the unfired gun may be returned for exchange only. To return an item for exchange, customers must contact us to receive a RAN, or return authorization number, to place on the outside of the box. All items without a RAN will be refused. We are not responsible for shipping and insurance on exchanges. All guns come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer.
*Please note shipments from manufacturers are greatly delayed due to the current political climate. This also applies to normal production items.

- By purchasing from KGI you agree to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to use the firearm(s) in a safe manner and for legal purposes.
- You are responsible for checking all local laws before ordering an item from KGI, or any manufacturer whose product is sold here.
- You are responsible for complying with all firearm laws in your area.
- You must be of legal age to own any items you order.
- You are responsible for payment for all orders placed through this online system. If you do not want it, please do not order it.
- You are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item(s) when you purchase it.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase ANY item from KGI. KGI reserves the right to request a copy of your state identification before shipping any item.

- You may cancel your order at any time but please be aware that a 45% Cancellation Fee is due on any order at the time of cancellation; additional fees may be required for credit card related transactions.
PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Online inventory changes on a daily basis. We try very hard to make sure there are no errors. KGI will not guarantee that titles, pictures, or descriptions on our site are error free. KGI reserves the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the price or description. In the event that an order is canceled, KGI will not charge the customer and we will return funds in full if payment has been sent.
If a customer places an order that contains an error, KGI will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If an order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the customer. By placing an order with KGI, the customer agrees that Knesek Guns, Inc. will be the final arbiter of any discrepancies.
