Knesek Guns, Inc. has purchased a Caterpillar D6R XL II Bulldozer to continue campus development and expand the THOR Global Defense Group training facility and ranges. Features of the dozer include full cab, a/c, 6 PAT blade, System-One U/C, Accugrade Ready, Auto-Lube and Counterweight system.
The D6R has a Cat C9 engine with a three speeds forward, three reverse powershift transmission. It comes standard with an advanced modular cooling system (AMOCS) radiator and torque divider.
The standard and XL tractor units have 22-inch (56-cm) shoe width. Thease features along with the weight makes it ideal for working on very steep slopes, in forests, and for backfilling pipelines safely without risking damage to the pipe.
